thanks guys. Get this..... my girlfriend is just going to soder it for me. We met while I was doing a show and she is a total tech ( she worked the spot light in the show...following me around) I brought it up to her and she said she had an iron and done it tons of times also she converted a light switch for an extra outlet for my work in progress game room. Wow as if I need another reason to dig my girlfriend.

Treat her right! Beware angry women with hot irons (especially soldering irons!)

Why not? They use one in a Burger King commercial to start the oven...

All this talk and reading about all the volume controls, resisters etc. Interesting reading to say the least.
But I have a question about my newest addition, a Bellco Bingo.
The woff woff in the bottom of the machine has a circuit board mounted to the speaker lugs. I thought, well I'll just throw one of those small pots on the board and put in line with the input. Well It's all or nothing!
I can't trim off the volume with out cutting the volume all together.
Do I remove the board from the speaker lugs and then put a volume control on that? And the tweets on the top are fine except when the game goes to bonus, WOW does it get ear splitting! So if I put resistors or volume controls on them, then I loose all the volume it had when it was normal, in the normal play mode.
    Anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks~
    Ken

Mines the same way. I was going to go to radio shack and just buy a Rheostat or 3 since it has 3 speakers. I will have to check to see if they one one that can do more then one speaker at a time. with a valume controll and drill holes in the side of my case and put it together. I am great at those things. I went to Devry to become an electronic tech. I have a bellco automatic. its just like your bellco bingo. as soon as i get it done i will have to send you photos.. with a rheostat you use the middle for one of the wires going to the speaker. and one of the end to go to the other wire that goes back to your pachinko. then when you turn it. it will change the resistance. they have some that come with plastic nobs

jdsabin1... These little pots are great. Easy to install and work just perfectly. They are the best way to go for nearly all the machines, imo. Head on over to Syscom.com and pick them up. Shipping is lightning fast, too.

I have and dislike the little trimmers they are tough to get set right, I use the 15 turn POTS from radio shack. more precise control of level.
