    Default Polish it up

Hi, I just registered with this forum and hopefully this is a new post that has not been discussed yet. A couple of months ago I ordered the Jungle Book Pachinko machine from Texas Auction. The machine works fine but there are a few scratches and minor dents. Do you know of any product that I can use to remove or diminish the smudge marks off the plastic as well as the scratches? If so, where can I find it?

    Thanks,
    Pachinkowiz

The Novus products is what most people use around here. You can find it at www.stealthhomeamusement.com or on ebay.
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

You can also go to your Fixed Base Operator at your local airport. They will most likely have it as it is used on aircraft windshileds

Thanks for the information. I take it that the local home depot wont carry this stuff so I will order it online on Monday.

For plastics and "plastichrome"... Novus is the best I've used so far.
It's a three-step system, but #3 is only used on the deeper scratches.

A close second, and very easy to find is a product called "Scratch Out" by Kit. Yellow bottle, found in the car cleaner/wax area of department stores like WalMart and K-Mart. It's very close to the Novus #2.

Both even do a good job on the plexiglass (lexan) windows.

And, as has been mentioned before but bears repeating... DON'T try to use a Dremel high speed tool with a buffer on these. You WILL melt the plastic and/or plastichrome!
