    Default Gachinko From SlotUsa

Well I done did it and what an interesting series of events.

Here is my winning auction info :

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=6220242339&ssPageName=STRK: MEWA:IT

You will notice that I paid $82.87 !!! Yep the ol' sniper did it again with a brilliant last second snipe (no computer programs for me = just a click on my mouse )

Anyway this Pachinko came in extremely well boxed with no damage done by Fedex and SlotUsa used those bags full of foam peanuts. No damage whatsoever to the machine. Plus it was CLEAN!!

Here's where it got interesting :

As you can see in the auction it was supposed to be either a red or orange case but I got a yellow cased one !

    No Key

The glass was the wrong size. In fact it had a gap at the top that allowed balls to fly out

So I got on their toll free line(1-866-756-8872) and after 2 attempts (went to voice mail the first attempt) I got ahold of a lady there that transferred me immediately to a gentleman by the name of David Levesay(he says he has been with SlotUsa for 2 years). He stated they would send me the other color but after looking it over I decided that I like the yellow case (a lot).
David was very helpful and promised me a key and the correct size glass to be shipped out to me so that I would receive it in 4 days via FedEx ground (yeah right I said to myself based on previous reports here on them). Well sure enuff I had the new key and the new glass plus an extra bag of balls (a present to me for putting up with the problems ) in 3 days!.
But even tho they had packed the glass extremely well, Fedex had apparently broke it somehow. So here we go again I got ahold of Joe this time and he promised a new replacement glass quickly and sure enough I received it today just 2 days !

I have to say that SlotUsa came thru for me in grand style!
Not only did they take care of the problems fast but they again also gave me extra balls for my trouble!

So here it is in a nutshell : I will always watch their auctions on Ebay closely to see if I have the opportunity to snipe bid and get an bargain like this!! However I will also always remind myself that problems are likely to occur and if I am patient with them and talk to the right people (David Levesay and Joe) that all will ultimately turn out just fine

BTW : This is a fantastic pachinko and quite diffferent from the others I have

Good snipe, lew. As with all Taiyo Elec's machines, that one is a unique one with plenty of bells and whistles. Now, you know what we are expecting of you soon, right?!?!?!

BTW, the yellow case is correct. Actually, I've never seen it with the red one before unless that's a half spec model or something.

Nice addition to your collection, Lew. Glad you were able to work things out with SlotUSA. Any chance you could post a picture of the yellow case?

    Super price! Nice sniping!
I'm kind of envious, too... sure wish mine was yellow to match the other Maturi machines in the collection.

Thanks guys for the congrats. I was worried about how bad of shape etc it was going to be in and sure enuff there was the expected problem or two but SlotUsa as usual worked everything out ok. I was lucky on that snipe and I think it was because of most people not knowing what that pachinko is all about with the stupid name they gave it in the auction.
When I get a chance I will up a pic of it and maybe a video.

Hi Azlew! How about a few words about the machine and it's game play now that you've had some time to play with it?
