beast sapp problem!! help

HI there,
I`ve had my beast sapp about a week now and its not paid out a single jackpot of any description. I checked the skill setting and it was on 1 so I changed it to 4 but still nothing.
Then suddenly tonight it did something peculiar and the animation seems to be stuck! (see attached picture)
It did the mini bonus where three symbols appear then bob eats two of them and the remaing one is the one that you win with only on this ocassion it displayed three melons then dropped a 3 bells winline in.
Then the `bonus time` animation appeared (as picture) and then thats it!
Its frozen where it is and its still paying only minor paylines out.
Is it bust? Am I supposed to hit something special? I just dont know what to do. I tried to reset it but it just came back on where it was.
You wouldnt believe the number of times I`ve missed a red 7`s jackpot by one reel place. I must have put well over 3,000 tokens in it now!
Can anyone Beast Sapp owners help please! Thanks

This is the signal that a bonus game is due. You either need to try and get the three sevens or three bobs in a row...if the sevens arent working then try the three bobs (bars).

Yeah definitly keep playing it, you will hit the bonus at some point! These machines get real tight sometimes and then you will find that it will loosen up and hit BB's quite a bit. They go in streaks!

Try eye shooting. Watch the led lights when the red 7's pass you will see the light behind them. Time the light you see through them and try to stop the reels and you may hit it quicker.

ok thanks. due to the noise level of the machine i had to turn it off for the evening but i will be straight back on it in the morning. i am missing the red 7`s jackpot by one reel place almost every 4th go at the moment!! i`ll try for the `bobs` instead. thanks everyone

The 3rd reel "slip" on getting the 7 is a strong sign that's a regular bonus; that's a sort of feature the manufacturers put in to make you anxious, guess it worked.

Next time, though, try to hit the triple 7 on the first reel, middle 7 on the middle reel, then hit the third. If it's still slipping, hit the "Bob"s for sure.

hit the triple 7 on the first reel, this will make it easy for 2nd & 3rd reel.

I think when it says bonus game it is for the regular bonus bars, and when it says big bonus it will hit sevens.

yes. it was the bobs in the end but it took ages to win!
i was hitting the triple seven almost every go at one point.

When you get good at it, you should be able to hit 7 7 7, or BARS in 3-5 spins.
