Default Hanabi Hyakkei, ressurect or sell off parts?

I got a Hanabi Hyakkei really cheap from this auction.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MEWN:IT

I expected the machine to be a freight claim machine, but physically it is in much better shape than the auction implies. The ash tray is broken and the upper door hinge required a little tweaking, but otherwise the machine physically looks great. The problem is that the machine appears to have been harvested for parts before being sent from DGI to Bargainland.
The much sought after reel backlight LED blocks are gone, the coin mechanism was harvested for sensors and may be the wrong one (it fits the bracket, but the wire harness doesn't quite reach the board, and the connector has a slightly differnt key.) The small vertical board that displays the credits and the bonus round progress is gone, and their was something attached to the back of the LCD that is missing, maybe the front lighting for the reels?
It powers up and the LCD works fine.
Can someone take some pictures of the inside of their door? Particularly the coin mechanism area and the back of the LCD?

    Thanks

How much was your shipping on that machine? To get it to Iowa, it was $53 plus:

National shipping quote not inclusive of $1.75 handling fee.
National shipping quote not inclusive of 2.5% fuel surcharge for ground and 9.5% fuel surcharge for air.
National shipping quote not inclusive of an additional "super rural" delivery zones, which applies to about 2% of Americans and may result in an additional $2.00 fee.
Bargainland™ reserves the right to use the identical services of UPS, DHL or USPS instead of Federal Express, without prior notification or written consent.

Trade it to Milt for something or parts
These are my opinions and no body elses and you can't have them

OK, now you're talking my kinda price, Chris! I wasn't paying attention to their location after laughing about all the additional charges.

Thanks for the pics. I have a good coin mechanism like the one shown inthe pics, but the wires aren't quite as long as they need to be. This I can overcome. I'm missing the flourescents from the back of the LCD in addition to the board mentioned above and the reel backlight LED modules.

I've got a possible line on a Beast Sapp with a bad LCD. I'm sure I could make one good machine from the two. I just need to decide if I want to buy the whole lot of stuff the Beast Sapp is in.

Well, I took the plunge and bought up the lot of stuff with the damaged Beast Sapp. The bad news is my HH is one step closer to never being resurrected. The good news is I now have a beautiful clean Beast Sapp that work perfectly with the HH LCD transplanted into it
So why all the drama over buying the Beast Sapp?
Because it was a part of a lot of 65-70 Pachislos which I just bought (locally) just in time for the holidays
My pachislo collection just jumped from 12 to about 80 in one transaction.
How much did I pay for 65+ machines, you ask? Let's just say I paid less for these than I paid for the 1st 12 machines I bought

I haven't tested every one, but the seller reports that 45 or so were fully checked out and ready to deliver when they were put away. Many of the rest had some minor issue that he hadn't dealt with.

I picked up 18 of them yesterday, including several of the ones with issues. I fixed at least 5 of the ones with minor issues last night.
I'm guessing I'll end up with about 60 good machines, 2 or 3 working but with cosmetic defects, and 3 or 4 parts machines

A good block of the machines are an assortment of the 30-pai Pioneers that'll probably go cheap, but so far I've also got a Beast Sapp, Indy Jaws, Neo Digislo, Kung Fu Lady, Aladdin-A, Destroyer, Bingo, Neo PlanetT and a Mephisto that all work great.

    Good news!
I was able to use my $17 Bairgainland HH to ressurect a shipping damaged HH from the lot of machines I bought, in addition to the Beast Sapp that it already brought back to life. The Bairgainland machine was a gamble, and now it's officially an organ donor, but it's already brought two others back from the dead. I've use the screen and the reels to bring these two back, and it missing the parts described above, but there still a lot of good machine there. All of the lenses, boards, hopper, buttons, speakers, power supply etc. are still there and work great. Let me know if any of you guys need anything.
