    Default Yamasa reset

How come on my Yamasa slots you have to do a reset when they haven't been turned on for a few days? My other machines don't have that problem.

My Magic Pulsar does it too.

the capacitor loses its charge and info is lost.

some do this more than others.

    Talking Re: Yamasa reset

After a week or ten days, my Neo Planet and Magic Pulsar need to be reset because the capacitor does lose its charge. None of my other 20 machines do this.

I'm just not a big Yamasa fan. They're reels spin to fast for even the allure of eye-shooting which to me removes a lot of the fun of the game play. Add in the other caveats and you can certainly get more for your entertainment dollars with other machines.

Some capacitors hold their charge longer than others. Less leakage, I suppose.

When I recieved my Godzilla pachinko, the 1st time I turned it on it did a reset. The LCD screen was shaky too and it had me worried. After about 5 mins everything was good and it has been fine since.

So, the Yamasa machines, you need to do a reset to get them to work after being off for a while? Or, do they start up reset by themselves?

Well it seems like everyone answered my question. I guess the Yamasa machine capacitors just don't hold their charge as long as the other machines do, so that when you turn them on after being off for a few days they have lost all of their memory and you have to do a reset.

All this being said, does it then make it more difficult to get into bonus rounds? it seems that my neo magic rarely gives me a big bonus. only get reg. bonus and are hard to come by. I have it set at 6 all the time.Still not being a classic, the el vision concept, the sounds, and music make this machine a keeper for me. I own a sinbad adv., SBJ rio, and a Spin Luck, but still enjoy the neo just as much. I guess it keeps me wanting that Bonus. You know how it is, you always want what you cant easily get

I have hit a bonus round right after resetting different pachislos, i don't think it really matters resetting.

...or does it? There are some machines that are known to pay out faster after resetting them at a certain spot during gameplay. A little thing I've read before in "koryaku" magazines.

This is kinda funny. I was at my store and one of my workers was turning on a Neo PlanetT to show a customer and sure enough a Nice Loud ERROR goes off. I went home and decided to turn on a set of machines, all started up fine but Magic Pulsar Goes off ( Best error sound ever ). I took a video and will upload it soon as I get my computer back up. Im currently using a loaner laptop. Mike : )

My Magic Pulsar is set to 5. It seems to give out a Big Bonus everytime I sit down with it. A very fun machine and my favorite. Now my Sinbad Adventure on the other hand is also set to 5 and I just can't seem to get a bonus round out of it. When I 1st got the machine it would hit a big bonus often, but now it is almost frustrating.

I believe the reset during play does often make them pay off. Have run into this several times. Might be a coincidence, but doubt it.

Try setting your Neo Magic to a 3. This should result in more gameplay action which will increase your chances for a BB.
