    Default Automatic ball return

I was on http://www.slotsdirect.com and was looking at the used automatic ball return. I like the mod but I not too thrilled with the price ($149 used). Does anyone have a source for these automatic ball return units at a cheaper price? I have not seem them on other Pachinko vendors or on Ebay.

    Regards,
    MC

I asked one of my firends in Japan about these several years ago and he said there were a couple of reasons.
1 Not very popular with the parlor owners, the orginal cost was high and to buy one for each machine was more expensive than having an attendant on duty.
2 The early models had alot of problems and still required an attandant to be available behind the machines to make sure they all kept working properly
3 They were only around a little while before a larger, more efficient and dependable system was developed
4 like many things pachinko they were crushed and recycled when they were no longer needed.

Yeah, but all that said, they are kinda cool in a "mechanical" sort of way. I like it.
