Fedex-IQ=grumble...

OK, just to get it off my chest I gotta complain about Fedex so here we go. I recently got a great deal from Gaku (Spin Luck, Neo Pharaoh Zetz, Sindbad Adventure). Gaku notified me when all 3 machines shipped together with shipping numbers of each machine. Yesterday, sure enough 1 machine arrives (NPZ). Somehow the SA is still on a truck in Tampa (where I live) and should be delivered today. Why it wasn't with the NPZ...who knows. But even better (of course) the SL went to Pompano Beach (other side of state) for a joy ride. If I did my job like these Fedex guys, lives would literally be lost. Unbeliveable...I guess I really should wait until I open the boxes up to see the condition of the machines before I really go nuts. Aye-yie-yie.

Hello, FedEx = DeFex. They are a totally Retarded Company. I have watched them slam 1 machine down during delivery, Since then I am outside waiting and unload it myself. Mike : )

Sorry to hear about your shipment being split like this. I thought there is a way to require a multiple item delivery to be all together thru Fedex(but that is a paperwork requirement that the dealer (Gaku) had to do before shipment)?
Anyway = I believe you are the first person to have a Nero Pharoah Zetz !

I just tracked my shipment from Gaku. Fedex= Idiots had done the same thing two tracking #'s are coming up a day late with a message barcode unreadable had been replaced. I hope thats not a clue to the handling of my machines. Ship...

As my Machine arrives there was an Fedex bag over the Carton so nobody can see the Handle with care .. this site up ect... pictures

So the Machine lays on the Joydtick and any tokens are in the Machine all Corners are damaged.....

OK, here is the update. The Sindbad Adventure arrives a day late and after unpacking it, it was obviously dropped. One small plastic piece broke off, all the reels slammed to the right side of machine, front door unable to be closed, all kinds of particle board debris loose in machine (in between the lcd and front door glass, 2 fluorescent lights mounted around the front door slot openings dangling loosly inside of machine. Well, Eleco builds a tough bugger because after a little reconstruction work and cleaning it's working with no apparent permanent damage. As to the Spin Luck it's a week late and fed-wrecks still dosen't know where to look...the guys at the loading dock are probably playing the crap outta it and who knows, once they break it, it just may get found...
