W.W.A. Enterprises?
These guys are a distributor located here in Minnesota so I gave em a call and talked with a rather interesting guy for a while. Besides a lot of long ackward pauses in our conversation (I guess he was nervous) he tells me it's a felony to sell skill stops without a licence. I'm calling BS anyone ever heard this before?
He was too nervous to even give me his email. Maybe he thought I was the feds...

I recently went on a tour of the statutes regarding gambling machines (of all kinds) here in Wisconsin. There was never any mention anywhere about needing a license to sell the machines. You need a license to OPERATE them for profit, but not to sell them. At least in WI.
Now for some fun.... If he really thought you were the law you should give us all his contact info. We can all start calling asking questions about the legality of selling pachis and watch him sweat. lol I guess that "I'm Evil" shirt I wore yesterday was accurate.

In 2002 here in Greece the made all Games illegal they shut down arcades etc etc blanket ban on any game that had anything to do with electronics...
When the law went into effect if you followed the letter of the law made even made minesweeper and solitaire illegal.
some of the quirkier points of the law where that it was illegal for you to own these games. and if you had them already it was illegal to delete them.
it has been revised since then but a lot of things are still in the grey..
Greece has been taken to court by the European regarding this ban court date December 06, 2005...
maybe if we are lucky we will be able to play pacman without worrying about jail time....
as for Pachislo machines... (originally illegal fruit machines/slots brought on this ban) they are considered illegal as the law doesnt clarify between whats what. spinning reels + taking coins/tokens = SATAN..
anyway.. i know it doesnt have much to do with the legalities of the USA but i thought you guys might like to know what happens in other places too..

I believe anything regarding skill stops in my state is illegal.Thank god simulations are OK.
