From what I read on the auction page, it's some sort of tool used for when a parlor replaces old machines with new machines. They don't give a real detailed description of how to use it but, from what I understand, it appears to be some sort of bracket for pulling out the older machine, then putting the new machine on, and pushing it in. I think anyway...

BTW, this is not an "official" (meaning produced or endorsed by any pachi manufacturer) item.

:18: but I can imagine someone can figure out how to make it himself. It doesn't look too complex.

It's pretty expensive. I thought it was for adjusting the angle/position of the machine.

Loks like it may fit around the wheel and use it to pull it out from the wall

Here's another auction from the same people, costs more!

    http://page5.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e50458215

The word inclination comes up several times (I know, that doesn't mean that's what it means!).

My next guess is that it is used when new machines are put in old stands so that you can set the angle of the machine. The ruler thing is clamped to the counter, the curved piece is the guage that is set for a specific depth, then you can set all of something the same.
But what do I know? At least it's nice to see something pachi that I have no inclination to buy!!
