To replace a reel on a SBJ machine you will have to remove the whole reel cage. Then you can reach all the screws you need to remove to change the individual reel.

hello people just thought I would add my 2 cents about Gaku he is a real gentleman listen to this-I ordered a GIGA FEVER machine from him and he sent it out to be delivered nov 3rd to me here in Ontario Canada but on the 6th he got a call from Fedex that he did not complete a comercial invoice and the machine was comming back to him.After 2 hours of filling out the invoice through the net he was again able to get them to issue a tracking number for the package and get it sent out again.This is dedication to customers at 100% I just hope that he does not stop selling to Canadians due to all the red tape because of a border.I told him the next time I order from him I will have the goods sent to a friend who lives in Michigan just 150 miles from here and I will pick it up and bring it across myself.SOKO

Hmmm... its really hard to find a vendor like Gaku(bigbear) who is fully dedicated to his work. i spoke to him long time ago, he said, he is not after the money... selling pachislo machine(obviously his prices are way low).... his goal is to bring pachislo culture and new way of entertainment. cool!

Im a bit bummed I finally got to open my machines and Thank Good Luck but the Spin Luck is PERFECT #1410 but all is no so. The other one of the other two machines is in much worse shape. The Super blackjack must have been really slammed on a corner ie dropped. The upper corner is seperated and the door hinge is jammed/ the reel is hitting the door. Damn FEDEX idiots. The reels are REAL NOISY/LOUD and the ashtray is busted off. The Dragon dice is ok but looks a bit worn, could just be the missing sticker on the door about the buttons but it looks a bit drab. Well I'm gonna call gaku and see if he has any good advice. I am so so so so so glad that it wasn't the spin luck, I just wish I would have been here to recieve them. They just left them but the outter box just had a crease. I knew it was gonna suck when the three arrived a day apart from the same place at the same time then the tracking # said bar code unreadable/replaced.

The spin luck is SWEET Thanks Gaku its MINT. As far as DD well its ok but REAL Worn looking I need a sticker for the door about the buttons to make it look ALOT better. Thats just cosmetic. the SBJ is busted up quite a bit.

I read your message on PachiTalk.com.

As for Super Blackjack, I believe we should request FedEx of the so-called "Damage Call Tag." FedEx picks up the package and sends it back to me for free. I can make a call to FedEx, and you can also make a request. If you would like to make an appointment for a pick-up at specific time and date, it is better you call for a request than I do. All you need is to tell FedEx the tracking number (FedEx 1-800-463-3339). Please let me know if you want me to make a call -- this case FedEx will pick it up next day between 8am and 5pm.
I will ship out the replacement as soon as we request a damage call tag.

About Dragon Dice, I have only one in atock that does not have a sticker, too. I took it off because it looked very shabby. If you want the shabby sticker, I could send it to you with another Super Balckjack. Please let me know what you think.

I am very sorry to hear about your damage and apologize you for having to go through the trouble.

Last night my daughter and family came to visit. The Grandkids had a ball playing my pachis and my son-in-law wanted to know where I got them. Today we made a visit to Gaku's and my son-in-law picked up Outlaw, King Camel and Azteca Legend and I picked up Wild Wolf. I can not thank enough, service was top notch. He and his staff receive a big hand . Always a satisfying visit.

I recieved the replacement from GAKU he is AWESOME. Its PERFECT exect for Fedex's usual ****ty treatment of any box that says fragile. Those fedex idiots
drop shipped this one also but only the reel cage unhooked in the back(the support bar across is tweaked and the screws partially ripped out) so I took out the two screws that hold the reel cage to the shelf slid it out bent the two tabs back towards the shelf and reinserted it now the last reel is no longer hitting the door.
ANYWAY ITS BEAUTIFUL
[/COLOR] The machine looks real real nice and GAKU even gave me extra tokens to satisfy me due to fedex's stupidity. I will DEFINATELY RECCOMEND BIG BEAR OVER and OVER and OVER to anyone who wants GREAT PRODUCT with EVEN BETTER SERVICE. THANKS I am GRATEFUL
