    Default LCD Battle counters

Just got a few of these little beauties and finally figured out the rat's nest of wires to hook it up to a machine and they're great!

Counter mounted on a Golden Treasure:
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com...termounted.jpg

First screen (when blue button is pushed)
Right number is number of big bonuses today, lower right number is number of games since last bonus, need help with the others. It's only a '3' because I bench tested it first and rang up a bonus. I only had 2 during my actual run.
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com...r/Counter1.JPG

Second screen- Upper left number is ratio of games played to wins (?) upper right is games played
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com...r/Counter2.JPG

3rd screen - Big and Reg Bonuses today, yesterday and day before yesterday
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com...r/Counter3.JPG

4th screen - Tokens won over the last sever bonuses (?)
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com...r/Counter4.JPG

5th screen - How often (by number of games) bonuses are occuring. Each line is 500 games, broken down into 5 segments further broken down by 5. So each subsegment is 20 games. This picture shows a Big bonus has occured just recently, at 120, 460, 980, 2260, 2440 games and Regular bonuses at 380, 420, 440, 1960, 2140, 2320, 2540, 2660 games. The 16:02 is the time.
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com...r/Counter5.jpg

Pushing Yellow button gives you this screen - This one really shows how good or bad you are! Top number is number of games you've played. Next number is tokens played, next is number of tokens won and last is the difference. I had to play a while so I had a picture of me at least winning!
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com...r/counter6.jpg

Pushing the yellow button twice gives this screen, asking you if you want to reset the counter screen to '0'. Pressing it again resets all numbers on this screen only to '0'
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com.../counter6a.jpg

If you press the pink button, the red lights flash and this screen appears. The 'Time' number increments to 99 then flashes. Guess it is an indication of how fast the parlor attendants are!
    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com.../counter9a.jpg

On several of these all I get is this screen. I assume an error. Any help anyone?

That last screen says "please select the setting"; of what I'm not sure, I assume you do.

Thanks for the translation, I have no idea what 'the setting' is! That is all it says on the screen.
I think the unit is reset with a remote (don't have).
I hope Heiwa is easy going about info on this!

You're welcome. In all likelihood, it is reset with a remote control.

    BTW, regarding your OP:

Right number is number of big bonuses today, lower right number is number of games since last bonus, need help with the others.
The top yellow number is the number of wins during the previous day and the bottom one is the number of wins the day before that.

Second screen- Upper left number is ratio of games played to wins (?) upper right is games played
The upper left number is the probability of a "BB" during a single given play session. You are correct about the upper right one.

4th screen - Tokens won over the last sever bonuses (?)
This screen shows the number of medals you won during bonus and JAC games. Left side, going down: Last win, 2 wins before, 3 wins before, 4 wins before, average number per win, hghest number won for the day. highest number won ever.

The other translations are roughly correct.

I only translated them by watching what happened as the games were played. Luckily, the screens stay on when selected (instead of going back to a main screen) with the exception of a 'screen saver' like animation every so often of the Heiwa mascot selecting a pachinko machine to play based on what the battle counter says and winning! I think these counters, with different connectors/roms, can be used with either pachinko or pachislo. These are Pachislo only.

These Heiwa counters aren't that common. I lucked out and got a set of 10 for ¥5,000. Unfortunately several that have arrived so far are stuck in 'setting's' mode and require a special remote to set up. Of course I had to have the remote so I got one off Yahoo Japan (little thing cost twice what all 10 of the battle counters cost!).

I gotta say that shipping is the BIGGEST thing against any purchase from Japan. Some of the nicest Pachinko/Pachislo machines sell for less than $100US over there (cause there are so many) but cost over 2-3 times that to get here (sea or air shipping). Couldn't honestly say what single units go for or what they would cost to ship. When my remote arrives and if I can reset the others I might be induced to part with one or two!

    Shipping stats (individual unit)
    Weight 3lb (1.4kg)
    Size 14" x 5.5" x 5" (35.56 x 14 x 12.7)
Plus a nice big bundle of wires:

Although you only need 2 for hookup:
    http://gibisans.com/Pachipictures/PA240005.JPG

The left one is power (only the red and yellow wire) and the other connects to the stop board (only on pins 1-6). The others connect to parlor systems or the other counters (they all light up when someone gets a bonus).
