Now that sounds disgusting. I much prefer Peanut Butter and Mustard. Nothing like a nice tart Peanut Butter sandwich!

I saw a lady do that on the Cooking Network the other day; she even mixed in jalapeno peppers into the batter. Looked really delicious too.

I think this thread is a perfect example of why the cooking duties should remain in the hands of the women!!! Yippee, I finally got to say something sexist!!!!!

    Sid's Ceasar (salad)

    1 - 2 cloves of garlic
    French's mustard
    1 - 2 anchovie fillets
    Freshly ground pepper
    2 egg Yolks
olive oil (about 1/4 - 1/2 cup) i always do it by eye...
    grated Parmesan cheese
    romain lettuce
    Bread
    Lemon Juice
a bit of Margarine or butter

start with a glass or metal bowl.
cut up anchovie fillets into very small pieces
    add 1 squirt of mustard
garlic (either finely chopped or with a garlic press)
    grate some fresh pepper
some fresh squeezed lemon juice (not too much just a bit or the dressing will not clot [sorry couldnt think of a better word])
and add the 2 Raw egg yolks..

now using a wisk mix all this stuff into a paste
no slowly pour in the olive oil.. and i mean slowly the slower the better.

the slower you put he oil in while you are mixing it with a wisk the better the mixture will become as the final dressing should be thick.
once you have mixed in all the oil and the dressing is thick (it will take a bit of wisking my friends but put those pachi arms to work)

cover and put in the fridge for a bit..

Croutons (i prefer to make my own i hate store bought anything)
    get out the bread.
cut into thin slices or if you use sliced bread all the better...
butter/margarine one side of the bread then cut all the bread into little cubes. put on a tray and stick in the oven.. about 375f/190 C.. keep your eyes on these suckers as they may end up becoming really crisp critter..
take them out when they have become brown and toasted.

get a salad bowl and cut up your romaine lettuce or tear it up into small bite size pieces (it goes without saying that your lettuce has to be thouroughly washed) put into a salad bowl

now get out the dressing. and start mixing... as follows

a bit of dressing, some croutons , parmessan cheese
    mix the salad
    again
a bit of dressing, some croutons , parmessan cheese
(the reason for mixing it this way is the dressing is thick so to make sure it goes everywhere you got to do it in doses)
until it is all mixed together..

    bon apetite..

    Sid..

Next time i will share my recipe for feta and garlic stuffed chicken breast

    this is good

    Jack Daniel's Fudge

This recipe is loaded, be carefull!

1 * (12 ounces) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 * cup Jack Daniels Whiskey (Blackjack)
    2 * boxes powdered sugar
1 * cup chopped pecans or walnuts

    16 servings 1 recipe | 7 minutes 2 mins prep

1.* Melt chocolate bits in a microwave or double broiler, stirring frequently.

2.* As soon as chocolate is melted, mix Jack Daniels with the powdered sugar in a large bowl, and add to the melted chocolate, stir well, add nuts.

3.* Turn into a 13x9x2 inch pan and cover with plastic wrap.

4.* This sets quickly and you want to cool it long enough to set but still warm enough to cut.

5.* Since this is a no cook recipe regarding the booze be careful how much you eat and don't serve to minors.
