I'm looking forward to my first pachinko machine .
My one and only pachinko ( for now ), a beautiful Star Wars, came from Arby. I was glad I listened to all the glowing recommendations by members here about Arby's pachinkos. You literally could not tell the Star Wars I received from Arby was not new. If you get a pachinko from Arby, you will not be disappointed.

Looks like I have to dig out my wow_001.gif again because I've just received another package from Arby. Dispite the best efforts of UPS (holes in box) the palot inside is pristine. I can't say enough about the care Arby puts into preparing his machines and packing them. Extra little surprises inside makes it seem even more like Christmas. I just wanted to publicly say again Arby, THANKS SO MUCH

I love this machine. Do you happen to have one you could sell me? And do you offer military discounts? LOL J/K. I am deploying early November and would like to get a pachinko before I leave. If not you any suggestions who?

    Thank again!

Holy crap, is all I can say! My Julie arrived this afternoon safe and sound and it looks amazing. I don't think I can add anything to what has already been said in this thread and elsewhere on the forum about what kind of machine you're going to get from Arby. I spent about 15 minutes getting this bad boy out of the box. I hate to say it but I'm reading the manual that was so kindly included on CD next before I fire it up since I have no idea what I'm doing. I just wanted to take a minute and say "THANKS AGAIN" Mr. Arbycoffe, sir. What a great experience this has been. I hope do business with you again real soon.

    All the best.

Hey there, after reading the Julie the Pinball thread about swapping different cells out of the same frame, I purchased a Large Yamato 2 cell (Star Blazers) from Arby and it arrived yesterday. Once again, he is the guy to deal with—fast shipping, excellent (the best) packaging, a brand new cell, printed brochure and CD with instructions and info, AND he included the auto play mod as a thank you. Just wanted to say THANKS AGAIN ARBY!! I'm not dealing with anyone else. I really appreciate the great customer service.

Have a great Turkey day everyone.

How do you like having two, two, two pachinkos in one?

Well, I'm going to wait until this weekend to swap them them out... I can't wait to try out the Star Blazers, I think it's a very cool thing having two, two pachinkos in one but I have a feeling it's going to be more than that...

The Star Blazers II is very cool indeed. Swapping them is a piece of cake. I now have three in my rotation for my frame. You'll love the music.

I can't say enough about how much I like having this flexibility with these machines. I spend longer brushing my teeth than it takes to swap one of these around.

Julie, Star Wars and Star Blazers II. Thats the rotation at the moment. I'm certainly entertaining the idea of more though...

I just finished unwrapping my first delivery from Mr. Arby, and its as I expected from all the praise he gets..... nothing was going to damage that machine on its trip to me. Took me a good 20 minutes to open, unstaple, swim through packing peanuts and unwrap my early xmas present to myself and every minute made it more exciting to get to the prize inside.... A bright and shiny Indiana Jones. Now I haven't had a full chance to go crazy with it, as I unpacked it at work and still have to take it home, but from what I can see so far... it is and exceptionally clean machine and looks like it had a lot of care put into packing, cleaning and preparing the machine. I will post more once I get home and play it for a while, but I want to commend Arby on a fine machine and being a great person to do business with. I will always check with him first for all my future machines... (and cells too.. since I now have a Lumina case)

And to everyone else out there... have a happy turkey day

My Julie arrived yesterday after I had gone to work. When I arrived home there was this HUGH box setting in the living room. WOW, never expected it to be packaged this well. Actually had to flip the box around a couple of time to figure the best plan of attack. I believe Arby's shipping and packaging to be atomic bomb proof. Julie was in perfect condition, it looked brand new. Thank you Arby for suggesting the red frame, I am very pleased with it, the red really makes the machine "pop". Everything from the cleaning and polishing to the installation of the volume controls was done in the most professional way. Arby, you are the only person I would ever trust to deal with long distance. Folks, if you ain't figured it out by now that Arby is the top drawer sure thing in the USA, then there's just no hope for ya.
An honor doing business with you sir .

I haven't been lucky enough to receive an "Arby" yet. But I'd like to point out one key item which is mentioned in his extensive prep/reconditioning process that should not be overlooked = fixing, strengthening up the frame. Of all the machines I've bought from various vendors, ALL of them had frames in need of some kind of repair. I mention this because I just spent a few hours last night working on the frame of my new Indy...it was a real pain. (Why is it that they can make such high quality machines but put them in frames made out of the crappiest wood!? What is that stuff?!?)

It seems "regular" vendors just completely overlook the frame.

I totally agree. My machine from Arby was in fabulous condition. I can really feel the difference when I open the doors on my very sturdy (Arby) Star Wars and my somewhat shaky (from another vendor) Julie.

    Cool Re: Arbycoffee

I haven’t been lucky enough yet to buy a machine from Arby but I have purchased some other toys for my pachinkos. They have always been well packed, in top notch condition. I haven’t seen anyone ever even come close to the level of service that he provides.

    Arby is the best!
