When should yellow cab pay out ?

Using arbys pic for reference I will try and explain some stuff.

1. You should be getting small payouts and music when you get a ball in pockets 'A' and 'B'.(4-15 balls depending on your machine.)

2. Try a Hard reset. Hold in small reset button in while you turn the machine on and keep holding it in for at least 3 seconds.

Check to see if there is an error code on the back, usually a number on a small led display on the back. If so post it here and someone might be able to tell you what is wrong.

3. Banked Flipper Opening. When you get a ball in the pass through pocket 'x' it will
bank a flipper opening and there is usually an led or light that will go on, you can bank up to 4 and keep track of them with how many leds are lit up.

Once you have a banked flipper opening the machine will, at a random interval open the 2 small flippers around the main start pocket 'A' for a split second increasing your odds of getting a ball in that pocket.
Other actions and different rounds will also cause the flippers to open, and for different amounts of time depending on the machine.

You also bank spins, up to 4 as indicated by leds or symbols on the screen.
So that means the spin you're on plus up to 4 more that will happen after that one.

I hope that some of this info helps and maybe answers some of your questions.

Note, I am not a pachinko expert, so if some of my info is wrong I apologize and I am sure some one else here can correct me.

Hi all, i put 500 balls in the hopper and nothing is happening , still no pay outs, on the back is a row of led all of them are lit exept the first one which is flashing all the text is in japenese ? next to the leds is a button (reset ??) I have pressed that and nothing has changed, have turned on machine and held it in and still nothing ?

You have a jam.
Just because you can dump the balls in the tray, this doesn't mean you don't have a jam.
Two different ball tracks.
One goes thru the ball counter.

The other goes around it to be able to dump the whole trouff.

Do the turn over as said above or start unscrew and keeping track where they go.

I think arby is right on on this one(BALL JAM) and I just remembered that I went thru this awhile back on my Pachinko also. We covered the ball jam fix here for someone else in another thread somewhere . Mine was the same type of jam where the ball got stuck near a motor/wheel area in the back of the pachinko in one of those tunnels. I actually took the thing apart and got the ball out and then put the wheel back on and snap it all back together. So far (a few months now) , it works fine.

The service person at Slotusa recommended Arby's idea to me.

"On a carpeted floor turn your machine upside down, and bounce it corner to corner softly to disloadge the blockage.
This works most of the time, than set back up and do a hard reset.
Hold in reset buytton as you start the machine up hold 3 seconds and release."

Hi all , I unclipped the unit below the ball hopper, the unit with a few cables going to it, and a motor?, it has 4 ways through for the balls, and i dropped balls through them all while the unit was unplugged they all managed to come out the other end of the unit .?

it should pay out when the "COME ON!!" door comes open, that is when jackpotty is going, you get ball in COME ON!!! at first, and machine gives you like 10 balls. Keep going higher jackpots and and machine will empty out all balls is jackpot on mine (if you get balls in COME ON slot

of course you will be too busy watching girly show to keep shooting!! LOL

when the girls are dancing, you have to keep shooting and keep the reels going, when you get the jackpot you will know!

When BALL JAM occurred, an obscure light which placed upper left is lightning until the JAM untied.(see red circle area in pic below)
and i remember this type (so called 'Volcano Frame') has no reset button. i'm not certain about this.

The led on the front is on all the time.
The bank of 5 leds on the back the first one is flashing (fault code ?)

The red led on the top corner is on all of time , and the first led of the bank of five at the rear is flashing ? Is this a fault code ?

When view from back, you can recognize black tall box.
the critical motor for ball flow is in this.
somehow that box can be taken off and clean up inside.
you can reset by turn power off and on if need to reset.
i don' know about flashing led, sorry.

.On the 5 l.e.d,s on the back there is some japanese writing do yo know what it says ? Its the first led that is flashing, if you disconenct the ball motor the 3 rd led flashes ?

old machines dump a ball per payout to guarantee the payout.
this means a ball dropped down from bottom when machine payout balls to front.
in paradoxical, if a ball which should be dropped are clogged the payout never comes.
probably this doesn't work because yellow cab is relatively new but just to make sure.
(new machines also drop a ball whenever if BALL JAM occurred.)

I had a ball jam on my first Pachinko, the Fever Big Powerful. For a couple of weeks I didn't even know it was jammed! That's how little I knew/know about Pachinkos.
But Arby walked me through the problem and now the machine works like it's supposed to.
