If there were 30 Pachinko vendors, their custumor services might be faster, but I think they are running a few as they can for help, to keep the overhead down.

In the past I have deal with them allot, and always got what I ordered. If that be of any help.

My apologies, I missed the free shipping!! That certainly makes life much easier!! And I agree, no payment gateway is probably better than using one...but I think with their volume (the machine is $120 plus shipping, at Gameroom Warehouse it's $235 plus (http://gameroomw.safeshopper.com/94/438.htm?663) they probably feel they have to use it. I'm like you, I usually try to pay right away, and I'm frustrated if a gateway doesn't work (I've been lucky with SlotUSA's zoovy thing, I guess).

I think I reacted to the fact that in spite of an issue or two, there's not many bargains to be had on pachinkos, and I've had some from this vendor. And hey, when I want something I've been known to be a bit impatient myself! Thanks for the balanced post...and whatever happens, good luck.

do we have a good/bad/ugly forum re: providers-traders?

it would be good to have a forum with all this info - so it never gets lost deleted.. i mean just with decent threads copied to it really - explaining good service bad service various points - i cant see any of the members who are providers/dealers having a problem with it if they rate their own service?

Ok, 9 days, 5 e-mails, 3 phone calls, I'm closing the books on this one. Last phone call they seemed to be clueless about it altogether. They suck! I would go broke if I ran my business like that.

That's what it looks like to me!! I believe,if I had gotten it for a really good price I would get the ebay auction id and reference that... also fax a copy of the auction to them. It depends on how bad you want this machine. If you have learned anything BUY FROM ARBY! You will get more than you paid for.........

I would just email slotusa and tell them your contacting an attorney regarding their refusal to complete the business transaction and also tell them your contacting the BBB. Hopefull theyll believe your words and crumble. Thats what i threatened Dave the scam artist with from PC when he ended my membership after 10 days.

Well, left negative feedback. eBay informs me however that they can not force a seller to complete a transaction, nor can they force a buyer to complete one. Just beware of slotusa, is all I can say. Time to hunt for some pachi's again.
