Neo Magic Pulsar Switch

I've asked about this switch before, but still have no answer to what it is.

Inside the door on a Neo Magic Pulsar there is the internal odds level LED, then the reset button, then a switch (SW2). It's a very small two position slide switch. Beside it is says: 自動解除, which roughly translates to "automatic operation cancellation." This isn't one of those power supply switchs (automatic reset, or spit out your tokens after a bonus round).



I've played through most modes of game play (both types of bonus rounds, all the little ElVision games, etc) with the switch in both positions, but have not noticed any differences.

I thought it may have something to do with the ElVision menu; i.e., automatically turning off the menu when a token is inserted. But that doesn't seem to be it either.

I'm just dying to know what this switch is for. Any other ideas?

There's the LED, then the push button rest to the right, then the mystery switch.

Also note the connection of one of AutoSlot's auto credit only mods. (Thanks again AutoSlot! ) Go buy one. They are amazing!

And never mind that nasty rust on the coin acceptor. I just haven't gotten the dremel in there yet. Besides, I never put in tokens anymore (see above ). Shamelss plug for AutoSlot. hehe

If I remember correctly playing with my Neo, that switch turns on and off the ability to access the menu from the front of the machine by pushing the 2 buttons below the screen.
