    Default stop board pinouts

    Ok, seriously....

I stumble across the stop board connector pinouts ALL the time. But now that I WANT them I can't find 'em anywhere. Could someone be so kind as to point me toward them. All the searches I can think of aren't turning it up for me.

    Thanks bunches.

I found the pinout for the 8 pin connector, but still haven't found the info on the other two. Anyone?

Also, everyone seems to wonder what that 5th pin on the 8 pin connector is for. It's labelled CT Bonus on a lot of posts. One the three machines I've tested thus far, it switches on for a replay.

I don't remember who did this but here's the schematic:

    http://compirate.home.mindspring.com...us%20board.JPG

    It's a huge pic (5100x3300 pixels 2.5 meg)

    The 4 pin is 1-ground, 2-reel 1 stop, 3-reel 2 stop, 4-reel 3 stop

The 16 pin connector is unkown (parlor fault monitoring lines?)

The 8 pin is for battle counters. I believe the 24v + and - are for resetting the counter (counter shows number of plays between bonuses and resets to 0 at a bonus).

That CT stands for Chance Time

Super super super! Thanks comp. I knew I had seen it somewhere.

Chance Time always sort of implied to me that, while, you were in a chance mode. But when I enter into chance on my Neo Magic Pulsar, that isn't active. It's only active when I get a replay. Oh well....

I'm having fun watching my little LEDs light up. I might get a little geeky and do up some LED counters. Or I could go REALLY geeky and hook it up to the laptop and whip some LabView on it. heheh

I have connected some red lion counters to one of my machines in the past (http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4768) but got some battle counters from japan, just haven't figured out the remote for them yet (setup and resetting)(http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5447 (post #9). They work fine without it though. Here's a link for a company that sells software for monitoring slots:

    http://www.slotec.com/dataking.html

Goes for 12700yen (about $119.81US). If I could only get a translated version I'd do it.

I remember your little counters comp. I'm just cheap or I'd buy some. It's a lot less $ to build up LED counters, especially since our lab has a LOT of the chips and stuff.

I'd love to get a 'real' battle counter, but they never pop up on our eBay. And I'm not too shot in the head with the $ involved in getting one from Japan. Maybe one of these days....

Check with Arby in Pachi City, I think he has a couple.
