    welcome,

Do you have a pic of the damage? It might be as simple as just getting a replacement part. What caused it to blow up?

Here is what's left of it, the resistor had all of it's pieces, an 1 of them had this written on it:

    BWR10
    1 Ohm J
    9 1 2

    What does that mean?

Who did you buy this machine from? Did it come with any type of warranty?

I bought it from Super Auctions, and as with most if not all auctions, it came with no warranty.

Yep...That looks like toast. Arby's post is correct. Contact some of the vendors and see if they have the replacement parts(board). If someone in your area is electronics savy...such as a TV repair shop, they might be able to help in some sort of way. Sorry it blew up.

Unfortunately...very common with that generation machine. We don't have replacements...sorry. You need a replacement power supply. Milt

if the machine is good other wise, get an idea of price of replacing the whole power supply ?

If not, make a bar out of it, the clock has already been done

    SNOWKY
    MANUFACTURER * Heiwa
YEAR OF PRODUCTION * (PRE) 2000
    THEME * Cartoon Bear
    BONUS GAME * None
COMMENTS: This is a pretty basic machine. The only reason it got a 4 instead of 3 was the cool 50's theme light tube around the top.

    KJP,
at slots has a couple of those machines up and running, and a lot of parts, you might want to pm him to see if he has the part, i wouldn't call it a parts machine yet.
