I have a Misono15 pachinko machine that I know nothing about. Can someone tell me how old it is and anything else? If I can find a place to post a picture I'll inser it here.

Probably late 50's early 60's. Are the ball channels and mechanism metal, look hand made? Older-hand made, newer-some plastic pieces. I hane a few of the single-shots also:

Did you do the restoration work? Very nice!!

In the older machines they don't do anything. The player can see the balls he is going to win thru the center (In the dark ring you see in the center). The balls you see at the top right are to show the machine is loaded.

Another interesting feature of the single-shots is there is nothing to prevent the balls from shooting all the way around so you have to actually aim the shots.

I did the restoration myself. All I've done is refinish the cabinet, paint the base and sides black just as original, get the handle and post re-chromed, buffed all other metal parts. It was missing the bowl. I found another collector that has this machine and asked him to get his bowl recast. I cleaned it up and polished it. I've done nothing to the playfield or back for fear of doing more harm than good. What is the best way to clean the playfield? There's not a drop of plastic on this machine, it's all metal. What do people do to restore the back of one of these?

Does anyone know anything about the manufacturer?

Here is a picture of the back.
I stand corrected. There is a bit of plastic on the back as you can see.

I wouldn't worry about the back other than cleaning anything dirty. All the hand work and hand soldering to me is a good thing to see on these machines.
If you check the inside of the spring for the shooter, there should be a piece of newspaper in it as a damper, maybe there will be a date on it.
    You do beautiful work!
