Neo Planett EL settings

On the Neo Planett there is three settings for the frequency of EL vision actions. They are low, medium and high. My question is, does changing the frequency of EL vision actions change the odds of winning? For example - if the odds (hypothetical) of winning on the low setting are 1 in 10, are the odds in the high setting also 1 in 10 or do they drop to say 1 in25?

The odds settings as far as I'm aware are constant in the level you set regardless of this menu option. It should just spruce up the visuals for you.

I believe the question was Where and not What. I am guessing the Japanese Menu obtained through on the front, just under the reels. 2 small grey oval buttons. Mike : )

You have to access the menu by pushing the two buttons below the EL screen simultaneously. Big Bear has an excellent review that explains it. The only tuf part is that you have to match symbols because I can't read Japanese. I printed the review and had it handy to match the menu symbols.

Since my machine defaults back to the "medium" setting when I turn off the machine, and needs to be reset back to the "high" setting every time its turned back on. And my Japanese is also a little rusty. I decided to write up this little "Cheat Sheet) that I keep next to the machine. This way I turn the machine on and enter the "High" setting with ease. Before long you won't even need the "Cheat Sheet".

After turning the machine on:

Press the left menu button 4 times
Press the right menu button 1 time (A menu comes up on the screen)
Press the left menu button 3 times
Press the right menu button 1 time
Enter the tokens and begin game play.

Yes it would. They are almost identical. You can go into the museum and see the break down of the menus translated for you on the Magic Pulsar.

OH NO, I have to question our leader's post. I have a feeling that NO GOOD can become of this. Here goes........
You would think that the menus would be the same when it came to this setting. Not true....What I have found is that Neo Pulsar basically has a OFF/ON setting for this feature. You do get a little frog that hops across the bottom of the screen occasionally. I didn't stick around to see if it did much more. The machine became boring in this mode. To get to this mode:

Press the left menu button 8 times
Press the right menu button 1 time
A menu will come up with three options
Keep pressing the left menu button to select either:
Left (Neo Magic Pulsar)-Regular Mode (High EL Vision action)
Right (King Pulsar)-Low EL Vision action
Center-Back or cancel
Press the right menu button 1 time
Insert tokens and begin game play
