Outlaw reels!

On my Outlaw, sometimes the first, and sometimes the first AND second reels do not light up when they stop. As soon as teh third reel stops,they light up. Is this normal. If not, a fix?

Also, I noticed in the menu under game mode there are two options. What are these?

this is probably normal a similar thing happens on my tatsujin, it usually means the first two symbols were right for some kind of bonus but the third was not the right symbol.

I owned an Outlaw, and the same thing happened. I just took it as a sign of potential winnings (ususally small ones). I wouldn't worry.
