4 Machine Pachinko Stand

Ive decided to design and construct a 4 machine unit that will collect balls at the bottom and recirculate them back to the top of the unit where the will be supplied to the 4 machine ive enclosed a picture of my design and will be sure to take picture to track my progress with the building of the actual unit i hope to get some of it framed out tonight.

I plan to use one of those pachinko ball dispensers to get the balls back up to the top of the unit. In the picture you can see theres a 6'' space above where the machines are house that will have a centralized hopper that will dispense the balls to the 4 machine individually.

Don't forget that you will need a separate refill hopper for the ball lift unit. This is necessary because not every ball travels from the top hopper unit (where your ball level sensor will live) through the games and back into the ball lift unit.

For example, when you go into bonus rounds, up to 2200 balls will be paid out the front of the game into numerous ball trays. When this happens the top hopper low ball sensor will call for balls but there won't be enough in the ball lift unit to make up the difference. The ball lifter will run dry and keep cycling until the sensor detects a full top hopper.

Simply putting balls back into the top hopper from the ball trays that caught your wins won't solve the problem. You must build a separate hopper to supply the ball lift hopper so that the same number of balls are circulating from top to bottom and back to the top. The number of balls in the supplemental ball lift hopper must be at least equal to the number of balls paid out into front ball trays or you must dump your ball tray winnings into the supplemental ball lift hopper.

In the bottom part of the unit under where the machines will be housed will be a collection system where all of the balls from the 4 machine will go i am planning on using 10-20k balls with this unit so in the event of a fever round there will be plenty of balls to feed the machine, im hoping to have it so that if all 4 were to go into bonus rounds at the same time you could play them all without having to refill.
