    Ok here is the deal, I have been having a problem with Slot USA, but they seem to be trying to slove it I guess? How would you guys handle this? I received a DDK from them around the first of June. Her are the corresponding emails I have had with Joe (basically 0-2)...................

    OK this is my third email, the first was with pictures, the second to see if you got it. I received a reply to call customer service WHICH I DID two days ago, and left a message because nobody answered, and still no return call? Thank god for the great people at Pachitalk or my machine would still be inoperable. As stated in the last two emails and phone call, one of my reels is damaged and creased from the the whole reel assembly coming loose in shipping, which was not fed-ex fault but who ever refurbished the machine. Because they replaced machine screws with wood screws that broke the plastic casing, which I repaired, but the reel is still creased, please notify me if you will be replacing the reel or if I need to send the machine back. I am not trying to be difficult I just want this problem to be resolved, my time is worth money and I keep spending it trying to reach you people and get this resolved!!! Will re send pictures if you lost or deleted email.

    Hey Joe I am really not trying to be a pain in your butt about this and I know Dave has been looking for the reel but it has been over a month now since I took delivery and contacted you. Maybe we can work something else out if the reel cant be located. I am really interested in one of your pachinko machines the Japanese New Year machine, maybe you could cut me a deal on one of these? I have know idea what your policy is on this and I am not trying to get something for free, just trying to come up with a solution that will make us both happy.     Hi Joe, That sounds great to me, I have never owned a pachinko but am very interested in getting one. Let me know what you think a fair deal would be and we can go from there you know more about both types of machines than me.     I received the machine from Fed-Ex yesterday order number 2005-07-2940 and it is not the one from the auction. The auction was for a silver case not the red and blue case which is all scratched up on the front and looks terrible. The auction specifically said Lil Divas LCD Pachinko Pinball Machine Silver $1NR (6194630560) I cut and pasted that right from the auction! The extra balls or tokens to make good on the damaged Don Don King werent shipped either. What is it going to take to get this taken care of?

    they will make up for everything eventually, just keep at them.
    they should have done a pickup on the wrong machine,
    keep calling and bugging them!!!!!!

    Unfortunately, with Slotusa, when things go bad, they seem to get worse before things begin to get resolved. Joe will eventually get it right and you will have the games you want: it's just the darned hassle of waiting and repeated phone calls that drives one nuts!

    It really looks like their "organization" or lack of it, needs a total overhaul.

    This is ridiculous. Sure, sure, they will eventually make it right. But, you have been more than patient and you've been given the royal run around. Guess you have to decide how much is your time and aggravation worth? They owe you for that time and aggravation.

    Na get your money back.
    I would have been on to my credit card company long before then to issue a complaint over that. There must be plenty of other people on here what can sort u out with a lovely machine with no hassle so why go thru anymore!

    I would have put a block on the CC payment as soon as the item arrived damaged, it seems to wake people up when the the CC companies put a hold on funds. As long as the company (any company) has your money they are generally less likely to be in a hurry to solve your problem.

    Aye Ive got a bit militant with companies as learnt the hard way over the years (I do over 90% of shopping via internet with being disabled).

    First time I got in serious trouble with a company over non refund (faulty computer on purchase) it took 5months. I was owed £1700 for a refund and they just laughed at me basically as I paid by cheque (it was about 10yrs ago before i got a credit card).
    I was very polite for a long time (id got the money from redundancy from company i worked for with becoming ill) and then i contacted what is called trading standards in the UK. They basically can issue warnings and take companies to court but its a slow process and there powers are limited. They had hundreds of complaints with the PC company and couldnt do an awful lot. I learnt that here u can pay around £80 and take a company to a small claims court for money up to £2500. I did this and waited the 10days (thats how long the company is allowed before they instantly get a judegment issued against them) and they paid me a bankers draft on the last day to try and settle out of court. The judge would have none of it with the case notes tho and did there legs anyway (if u win u get your court fees back again).
    Since then I have never paid with anything other than a credit card for big orders.
    Ive had a lot of stuff go wrong since (big £1600 television, £900 worth of computer components and a lot of cheaper items) and time after time the companys sit there and dont do anything. I always give em 28 working days from reciept maximum (but I let the credit card know instantly there is a fault or damage for record) and soon as that times up the credit card just takes back the money and then the company has no choice but to come and get there goods back. I also put in writing and post every email back to myself via cc and send a written mail recorded delivery registering the complaint officially. That way u have full records and there is no way the company can say u havent been resonable with them.

    Just some follow up......tried getting a hold of Joe today and no dice again .

    Waited on hold for ever until the the gal came back and said he wasnt answering his page. So she asked if she could help and I explained the situation to her and she put out a call tag for the Pretty Band and said the correct one would be re-shipped BUT she had to get with Joe and find out the situation on the DDK, so MAYBE one problem solved and one to go. Will have to wait and see I guess?
