Help!! Metal slug machine?!!

hi.. i recently purchased a metal slug machine, and really cant find a specific manual anywhere on the net!

all i really want to know is what the japanese options are on the setup screen!?

also my machine does not have background music, only when a special event is happening..?

if anyone can help, that would be much appreciated!

regarding the manual part of your question i would recommend reading the FAQ on the forum, as for the japanese options you'll probably want to get that translated if you cant find a translation.

There are Sound effects but no background music unless something special is happening. Your machine is correct. With mine if i dont play it for alot of days it will have to be reset. For some reason a reset has to be done especially slow or multiple times to work. Mike : )

I'm having that same issue with mine. Multiple resets to get it corret. Hmmm, nice to know it appers to be internal and not just soemthing wrong with mine.

hmmm.. thanks for the link, but i still cant find a manual for the metal slug machine.

the only other thing i can think of is to take a photo of the options menu and try to type the words into a translator.

btw... is installing a variable volume control switch a fairly simple job?

the syscom volume controls are really easy to install.
