    Review this auction...
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ory=13729&rd=1

    notice under the picture at the beginning of the description:
    "This machine has:

    * LCD screen
    * Cherries
    * blah blah blah
    "

    What??!!

    Yeah, I mentioned that to them. they have so many friggen machines they just dont care about their write ups. I dont think the girl that lists the Auctions for 5Star plays them at all. Mike : )

    Oh no, I missed it! I've been looking for a blah blah blah machine for MONTHS! How long will it be before customs allows another of these machines in, IF EVER?
    That was probably my LAST CHANCE to get one of these machines!

    I don't know, maybe indifference to writing marketing catchphrases might do us all some good...

    I personally think they are Excellent sellers. i know Tulsas opinion on them. Personally I have another vendor that had disappointed me, that I prefer not to badmouth on this forum. i have Dealt with many vendors and I have had my Best Results with 5Star and Stealth. Sometimes I get my Feedback sometimes not, no biggie. As long as I get a good machine at a good price and the people are friendly. Mike : )

    You said they don't care about their write-ups. They don't care to leave feedback. They don't care to send out tracking numbers.

    Hmm, I'm seeing a trend. They don't care.

    Now if someone leaves them a neutral, they leave a negative in response. Now that they care about and will bother themselves to take the time to respond to.

    Yep, quality people running that outfit!

    Thanks but no thanks...

    Just to be clear, I have no experience, good or bad, with this vendor...but it was amusing when a rather irreverent web page template passed unedited onto the Bay! That's all...

    Well, I have been there and its Very Huge & Very Busy, its actually divided into 2 Buildings. Most of the Auctions are for Swords & Poker items. If you went to the Pachislo Division and personally talked with the persons I have you would probably be singing a different tune. Its not like its a small company like mine and feedback is easy cause there just a few items. I am still lazy when it comes to feedback and so are alot of people. They currently have up 1791 items and I believe its just 1 girls full time job there that puts them all up & Responds to the e-mails. As far as taking a day or two to respond on a shipment question from a buyer I say BFD again. They are always polite and do get the job done and a day or 2 would not bother me. The fact is the person posting the eBay items is in a whole seperate Building. Now I dont know why I am defending them, i am probably just cutting my own balls here, when i can get an item off them cheaper on eBay than my wholesale buying price. I recently won another Ninja Warrior at a super low 41.00 and it was MINT. Mike : )

    I'm not sure why your defending them either.. It's a defenseless position. They are lacking when it comes to customer service. Their product as far as the one machine I have is fine. Well it wasn't perfect but I got the part I needed from Milt as I know he'll treat me right.

    You see I could care less how big they are or how many of this or that they sell. That's not my issue. As someone who has purchased from them they have shown me that I as a customer am not important to them. That's a lously way to run a business.

    Who cares about them having only one person to do a job. Hire someone else if you can't do what your supposed to do. That's a lame ass excuse.

    They disrespect their customers, good and bad. Firing off a negative at someone because they left you a neutral, that's worse than being ignored. These people have attitude, the kind of it.

    I'll make this simple. The person that does the eBay stuff has nothing to do with the Slot machines in the other Building. I have not personally met her, but I have met the people that deal directly with the refurbishing, packing & shipping of the machines that you receive. In todays economy unfortunately price & product are more of what drives the sale. I do get great Customer service with the people that I see at 5star, but it does seem like the ebay sales could use some help. Maybe the money is just not there to add employees at this time. Either way I have seen some nice stuff there and anyone that has been over my house has seen the condition as well. Mike : )

    Mike, I'm very glad that you're happy with them. Mostly I'm glad you're happy with your machines as that what we all want to be.
