    Default Information Stickers

After an interesting drive through the country yesterday afternoon I had the pleasure of seeing Laz's collection of pachislos. He obviously has some cash to drop on these machines.

Anyway, the very first thing I noticed (I know, it's weird, but that's me!) was on one of his Kiwame's right when I walked in, there was a sticker between the bet button and the coin with a ton of japanese writing on it. I was surprised since MY Kiwame is bare.

This made me wonder... my King Camel has a sticker in that location with all sorts of information about the reach patterns, web sites, payout info, etc. Since some machines apparently have these stickers with possibly valuable info and others don't, should those that have these info stickers take good, high quality pics of them for inclusion in the museuem section? Or is this information easy enough to obtain from online sources such as manufacturer's websites?

Just my wandering thoughts on yet another day of trying not to do actual work at work.

The reach patterns are right up front in the link we provide. We link to pachikomuseum and provide the translationed version in the link already. Other than the picture of the machine for identification, there's not a lot of reason to duplicate the other information.
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

A lot of vendors take those off, because it makes the machines look more Japanese.

and they don't help the average buyers, just us fanatics

I know i take them off if they are torn or scratched in anyway. They look like crap with all the smoke and dirt that gets under the plastic coating too!

Two of my macines have them and I know they help me remember the reach patterns, especially on the King Camel. And they look a lot more professional than having a piece of paper taped to the front with the info. lol

I guess I got lucky. One of mine is actually a piece of plastic about 1/8" thick, so it still looks great. The other, on the KC, just like the whole machine, looks brand new.

But either way, I was just wondering what people thought. Now I know.
