Hello, I have bought most of my machines from them and they have all been in excellent condition. When I had a part go bad on one they quickly took care of me. Amanda, Benny & Vince are good people. Of all the Vendors I have dealt with 5 Star & Milt from Stealth are the best. Mike : )

I bought these metallic cup holders from them that slide under the slots and hang off the side. Nice accessories. They were quick shippers. Looks like them move a lot of product.

The only place where they are sneaky is in shipping. I had looked at this gross lot of casino dice for one price on ebay and the shipping was about $3.00 I also went to their web page directly and found the dice at 2/3 price to what it was on ebay but the shipping was about $9.00. They also have special deals on the web site and the dice and again the same dice were there at a very low price and the shipping was $12.00. While this made me cranky that they were manipulating the cost of the total sale by infalting the shipping costs the bottom line is if you are happy with the item + cost of shipping then its a good deal to you.

They're lack of response to feedback on ebay when I paid immediately and left them a positive feedback, from two months ago will keep me from shopping with them again. The slot was nice enough and the shipping was fine, which is why I left them a positive.

Feedback is a gift; you leave feedback because you care. If you go to your usual hangout and the Steak is a bit off you provide feedback. If I was someplace new and the food was poor, I simply vote with my feet and not go back.

I have had a couple of feedbacks about the item I sold when it was something I bought and vice versa. Since it was not negative, I just shake my head and move on.
Its also rare that I get any feedback from any of the volume sellers, and 5star easily falls into this category. Everyone knows the ebay feedback system is flawed but I would not stop buying from a good vendor just cause they didn't care to leave feedback... but it won't stop me from providing feedback for a job well done.

I hate not getting feedback from the people I buy from. I need it just as much as they do. I am trying to build up a rep. to give these smaller ebay sellers confidence that when I buy they wont get screwed. And also, for when I need to go and sell something I want to be recognized for having good ebay rep. so people feel confident in buying through me.

If the seller doesn't care enough to acknowledge that you were a good customer, screw them. I will not bother with them again. It costs nothing, it only takes a minute. I agree completely. I recently won a couple of Slot USA's auctions and they left feedback within 24 hours of receiving my payment. As far as I'm concerned it's an important aspect of good customer service. As soon as I receive my items in good condition I will do the same for them. When someone buys from me I always give feedback upon receipt of payment. It's just good business.

I won the auction on a machine from these people last Thursday. I haven't heard from them since. I paid right after the auction was over. I called this morning and this very nice lady told me that the machine should ship either today or tomorrow. I still haven't got a tracking number so I guess it didn't ship today.

For a long while I *****ed about sellers wanting me to leave a feedback first.
Then I finally broke down & started leaving a feedback as soon as I got my item.
Now I find I have to send them up to 1/2 doz reminders to leave my feedback.

If you left feedback and even gave them 1 reminder they should leave feedback. If they dont I would not deal with them again. I have had to been reminded before to leave feedback and do immediately once reminded. It is a pain to have to keep track of who all paid especially when you sell multiples of the same item but if reminded ( make sure you include item number ) there should be no problem. As far as 5star not shipping the 2 days they were open since auction was paid for BFD in my opinion. Ive had ALOT worse. Mike : )

If they are not going to ship when they say don't Guarantee it.

Well, I plan to do some selling myself when the time is right & I need/want all the positive feedbacks I can get.
After multiple reminders Ive gotten the feedback. Its just a pain in the Parrots Patooty to have to remind them. Particularly since they hold their own feedbacks in such high regard.
The fear is that some dork is going to leave a negative because of my constant reminders although my reminders are always polite with an understanding of their busy schedule tone.

Just went and picked up my Beast Sapp from them yesturday and its a great machine. It's very clean and works great. I picked it up so I can't say anything about shipping but they were easy to deal with picking up. Only problem is they haven't left feedback yet.

I see they have raised their shipping charges from $59.99 to $69.99. I hope they don't raise them to valleygaming's rate!

They charged me half so $30.00 plus $6 something in tax. But since shipping has gone up it would probably be $35 now.
