Thanks for the compliments John. That game room was a labor of love for my husband. Back then, I thought the only games I needed in there was a PS2, Darts and a billiard/ping pong table. Silly me!!!

I won my Golden Treasure from them, the machine looks brand new,

cleanest one i ever got, their packing wasn't real good, foam on bottom and top, but it arrived safely.

I bought my KC from them. It came fast enough and had a cosmetic issue on the belly glass but nothing I would have complained about. Paid instantly, left a pos feedback when I got it and was satisfied. Over two months later, still no feedback from them.

Won't deal with them again.

I bought KC and Beast Sapp from them, no problems with machines, packing a bit weak on one of them but no damage, main complaint like Tulsa is no feedback from them even after reminding them of my positive feedback and asking nicely for the same in return.

I assume you mean 5 "star" deal. Do a search on this forum for "5stardeal" or "trademarkpoker" - their sister company. You'll find details of my transaction with them.

I bought 2 machines from them and it was a total nightmare. Besides taking 6 weeks to ship them (making daily excuses why they hadn't shipped), they overcharged my credit card. I reported the problem to them and they acknowledged it and said they would correct it. They never did. I had to report them to the credit card company. When I did, trademarkpoker lied and said that I had never contacted them about the problem. So, I had to spend even more time filling out more forms and sending the credit card company copies of all the correspondence. Since it's all documented, I have no doubt that the credit card company will eventually support my side, but it's just a real pain in the butt that started in February and is still going on today.

I'd never buy from them again.
