Sankyo jackpot feature help

Just got this Sankyo machine with 5 others and a big bunch of parts. I started working on this and the mechanism for the jackpot feature seems to be missing a part. Unfortunately it is not the same as my other Sankyo so I don’t know what’s missing. Basically when you fill the tray the balls stop at the jackpot and don’t feed into it to be awarded. The clear center lever has a nut in it but nothing threaded into it. Everything else seems complete.

The nut is there as a weight only. Your bigger problem is the lack of a metal shield to stop the balls from just flowing out of the bottom of the dispenser.
In your pic - where I put the red circle you can see part of the hole for the screw that holds the missing metal shield on. I have a 3D printer file replacement for the Sankyo clear payoff rocker, but the metal part on yours is missing.

Here is a similar Sankyo from a similar perspective, with a 3D printed rocker and the original metal shield attached.

I suppose it would be possible to make a shield with a little trial and error

Good news.
Along with a 3D printed rocker arm to replace the broken one, over the last couple days I drew up, printed and tested a plastic version of the metal plate that is missing.
I was skeptical, but I've been playing the machine with it installed and it seems to work fine.

I may explore merging the rocker and the rocker shield into a single print job

OK. I'm going to print the latest version out of silver filament today. Then print my rocker part and attach the shield to it. After some testing I'll send them to you.
