Question about payout odds - 1996 Macy CC Angel machine

I picked up this 1996 CC Angel by Macy last year, and had a question about the factory payouts. It's performing perfectly, and was clearly taken care of by the last owner(s). No problems aside from a few CR errors here and there. I haven't been able to find much documentation online about this specific machine, and the only payout table I've found shows much higher rates than I see in just about any other pachislo guide. Level 1, supposedly the lowest odds, show a payout of 99.05%. And from level 2 on, the payouts are all over 100%. Is this common with some machines to have super easy payouts? Everywhere else I've seen, level 1 starts at around ~60% and doesn't go into the positives (over 100%) until level 5 or 6. Also, anecdotally, I've found that a jackpot hits most frequently right after a reset (turning it off, and using the key inside to reboot). A high jackpot chance isn't necessarily a bad thing; it's actually a ton of fun. I'm just curious.

Those odds seem like normal pachislo odds to me..

Searching with the Japanese name usually gets good results CCエンジェル But since a new CC Angel came out in 2021 that can make it harder to find info on the original.. Searching CCエンジェル 1996 helps a bit..
