Lightbulb My First PachiSlot - Adapter Help

Hello everyone! I finally found the PachiSlot of my dreams, Umineko no Naku Koro ni Pachi: https://oizumi.co.jp/machine/umineko/index.html . I put it together last night, and I've been afraid to plug it in until I'm 100% certain it's safe to do so.

This is all the information I have. The cord is labeled as 12A 125V, I've attached some pictures if any of this other information helps. A friend of mine who is a sound engineer and knows a bit about wattage/amp/etc suggested this:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - I got the 200 watt one.

As other Pachi owners, what do you all suggest? I need some help cause this is all going right over my head. Thank you all!

A don't trust whats written on the moulded plug. That just max value of the plug its self.

Is there a sticker with a Wattage rating 100W,200W 300W. that would also normally have the voltage of the machine/ Might be on the back of the cabinet.

So with it being a 100v, is the adapter I listed above okay to buy and use?

(Also sorry if this question is posted after your answer, my comments are delayed being posted)

Seems about 55W low, but this machine should run ok on US voltages (120).

I see. There is a green wire with the cord as well, but it's quite frayed. Will this be an issue?
I'm just nervous. I've had people tell me it's okay to plug in as is, then some tell me it'll fry if I try. Then the 200w adapter is what I need and another said the 500 watt one worked instead.
I have so much conflicting info and I'm just scared to break my machine 😭

Lots of people run 100v slos fine on US mains supply. The problem comes when they plug a 24v slo into the mains as they have the same plug. I myself use a 240-110v adapter rated at 300W.

If you want to play it safe. I wouldn't blame you if you did. Then get a supply with a higher rating. If you get a lower one. It risks overheating the transformer coils. These leads to a drop in voltage and also risks a fire.

The green wire is an earth wire. Designed to protect the machine in case of electrical fault and remove any static from the tokens (in theory)

Should I find a way to ground the wire? Or would it be okay if I just covered it with electrical tape (wire is exposed at the end) and keep it somewhere safe?

If its not possible to connect it. I would tape it up and make it look tidy.

The grounds are more for dissipating the static electricity built up in the movement of pachinko balls and pachislo tokens in the parlor handling systems.

UPDATE: Okay, so I read the screen and saw "Door Open Error"... but after the reset I closed the door and kept everything shut and the error is still going off. Could there be something wrong with the sensor? I made sure the top and bottom parts of the door were solid and not open :/

With it powered on and the doors closed, try turning the door key the opposite of the way you'd turn it to open them (soft reset).

UPDATE: There was something jammed in the door hinge, so with a little love and elbow grease I was able to clean it out and it's working just fine now!! Thank you guys for your suggestions and help
