I'm trying to come up with a playfield design and I like to design playfields to go with the center feature.

I think this center feature looks like a Chinese Dragon.

What do you think it looks like?

One of my early purchases was a Sankyo with this center feature. I nicknamed it Green Dog because I thought it looked like a floppy eared dogs face.

But based on your picture it does look like that dragon and is a much cooler interpretation

Or better yet, a fire breathing Dragon Dog.

Oh I see it now. All I saw was a shield and odd shaped swords. Maybe use the playfield art to put a body on it and add flames.

I decided on something fairly simple for the playfield theme.

It's now a Flying, Fire Breathing Dragon Dog.

Got the playfield put back together this afternoon.

I think it looks pretty good!

Now to find a door and frame to put it in.
