With very little work it could be very nice "Wall Art" with some flashing blinking led and maybe put some hidden speakers and have a mp3 player in it with a built in amplifier. The song "Pinball Wizard" comes to mind .

Except for the mentioned payout motor out of commission Very Nice Looking machine !

whats wrong with the motor? They can be rewound or replaced. Or new cams fabricated.

Gearbox? If you know the voltage. And the output ratio. You might find something close. It's matching the output shaft on to the cam that might be hardest. A little slower wouldn't hurt

I looked. They don’t make them that ratio anymore. Probably why it broke

Looked into it. Based on size and complexity, it was cost prohibitive.
