Default Looking for Ginza Jackpot Chamber part

I'm restoring a vintage Ginza machine and for one bit I only have a temporary fix. The center part of the jackpot chamber which is moved up and down by the rocker arm is supposed to have a protuberance that the rocker arm can move, but that protuberance has broken off. See picture. The white bit of plastic just left of the fork at the end of the rocker arm is the broken bit. Has anyone a complete Ginza jackpot chamber they would like to trade? Or maybe just that broken piece? Or maybe that piece can be fabricated? Thanks.

Your in luck, I have a Ginza machine with the same payout dispenser, and also make parts with my 3D printers.
I'll extract the part and make a copy of it for you. Give me a couple days to work on it.

Hum , It might be a very good idea for you to Start a Thread of all the Pachinko parts that you have made on the 3d printer and maybe make some extra cash for your troubles for dare I say maybe Salami , cheese and crackers ?

I have a thread for that purpose, but gathering and editing pics and confirming printer settings, etc. before posting is time consuming, resulting in me not posting much recently.

But I have a plan to post a large amount of parts here soon, including some recently created stuff.

I'm not really interested in making money necessarily, I just enjoy the process and creating things that help other people accomplish their goals, even if the goal is limited to getting a pachinko working.

Yup, I just want to bring that subject up.

I have Two Flsun Q5 Delta 3d printers and download the files from thingiverse then use the Cura Slicer to convert the files for my machines.

Ok I have a version 1 drawing, and the first print try is in progress.
There are a lot of compound curves so it may take a couple tries to dial it in.

Version 1 fit in the payout dispenser, and when triggered dispensed a payout..but didn't stop with 15 balls and reload the dispenser.
Instead it emptied the payout system in a constant stream, so it's on to version 2
I may get this done tonight so you should PM me your mailing address soon.

It took 4 versions to get it right, but I have a working version now. At first it was still dumping everything at random times, but it was a machine adjustment not a part problem.

I have been playing it and will give a little more playing time this weekend. If everything continues to work properly I'll mail the part to you on Monday.

Awesome! Thanks SibSr. You asked about my Kyoraku machine. Here are a couple of pictures.

As an update. I am on version 6 of this part and it still doesn't work 100% of the time. While Pachi's are basic machines in general, when making replacement parts there are some areas that require a high level of precision to work properly. This apparently is one of those parts.

I found a Kyoraku machine with the same part design, and it works fine in the Ginza, but my 3D part won't work reliably for some reason.

Whatever it is it's a very small difference. If I don't get it in the next 24 hours, I'll send you the original Ginza part and continue the troubleshooting with the alternate part until I get it figured out.

The original is on the far left

Thanks SibSr! If you're willing to keep working on it, I'm in no rush and am happy to wait until you've solved it and can send me the printed replacement. I have a temporary fix for this which sort of works most of the time, and have other tasks to perform on the machine in the meantime. (The tulips don't always open properly and the wiring/bulbs needs replacing).

Well, I finally figured out what was wrong with my part. I changed it from unusable to working perfectly by adding a 0.75mm plastic shim to the front face. This changed how much movement of the clear upper arms was achieved when operated.

I've played it with this part for a bit now with now problems, so I'll update my drawing and version 7 should be the final one. I'll get it mailed out this week.
