    Exclamation Sankyo The Fever King side holes not paying

    I’m extremely new to owning a Pachinko machine, and I don’t have a key for the front of this machine. When balls fall into these holes, the machine does not pay anything for them. It only pays 3 for landing in start.

    Is this normal? If not, how do I fix this?

    Also, does anyone know where to find a key for this machine or how to open the front without key?

    trying to learn all about my new machine, thank you!

    How many original pachinko balls do you have ? Modern machines work best with at least 1,000 balls .

    Yes please post pics front and back, especially the ball path!! There have been several Fever Kings by Sankyo so pics will be very helpful!!

    It probably says on the top right of the playfield how many balls are supposed to pay out!! Like 3 & 7 & 15.. 3 for Start, 7 for pockets and 15 for Bonus door!!

    Theres a latch to push or pull from the rear to open it without a key.

    Some machines have fake pockets that don’t pay out; could just be an “out” pocket? Pics would help, maybe someone else on here has the same machine to test it.

    I was able to get into the front part with that, thanks! I got triple 7’s and realized that the front flap isn’t opening as it should be. Also, i checked the pockets and it seems like the two next to start are fake. The rest seem to be paying as normal. It’s 4,7,15. I don’t really know much sbout the history of my machine or the full gameplay mechanics obtainable. If there’s an instruction manual to learn more i’d really appreciate it! Thanks for the welcome and the help so far. I finally got to clean the inside lol.

    Thanks for all your help guys! I was able to fix the issues I had trouble with. I'm really trying to learn alot about these machines as they're really fun! I'm in the process of buying a Pachislo machine to expand on my collection!

    The pass through pockets probably start a sub roulette..

    Sub Roulette

    Each time a ball goes through a pass through pocket (usually on the left and sometimes right side of the playfield), then one of the 4 leds will light (or a symbol on the screen will show)..those are stocked chances of getting the flippers around the main start pocket to open for less than a second, theoretically giving you a better chance to get a ball in the start pocket for a spin..there are usually also 2 symbols somewhere on the play field or on the screen that are usually an X and an O that will flash back and forth and then stop on one of them..if it stops on the right symbol then the flippers will open..if it stops on the other symbol then they won't open..Then if you have anymore stocked it will start again!!

    On some pachinkos it will always stop on the winning symbol and on others it rarely does..like on Star Wars!!

    It is often referred to as the 'sub roulette' on these forums!!

    I hope I explained that ok...Its a feature on most modern pachinkos!!
