Here is a Pachinko nail bender.

I used a very small 1/4" socket on a screwdriver handle to adjust my nails.

less chance of scratching the board and better leverage.

about the same idea as the above item.

I use the rounded end of a wooden golf tee, fits nicely and won't slip. Place it against the nail and tap with a small hammer. No scratching of the nail at all.

A package of wooden golf tee's will cost you fifty cents. You can stop by a local range and pick one up for nothing or your neighbor has one in his golf bag or...

I use an empty brass shell casing. 223 Rem works not to bad.
