Penguin Paradise - stuck on E-O error, help

I recently, within the last 1 1/2 weeks, bought 4 slots machines, so I am VERY new at this and will have lots of questions. My first one being.... how do I clear an error message on my Yamasa Penguin Paradise machine. "E-O" is the message and I've tried resetting the machine, but it doesn't work. Can I get anything in writing, like an owners manual, to learn how to play these machines??? I also have Cont. 4X, Bell Rush, and a jungle one that I can't remember the name off hand..... (long weekend )... Would appreciate any help.

most errors are from the hopper, you may have a jammed token in the hopper, take out tokens and try turning the wheel in the bottom of the hopper, it should turn in both directions, wipe it out and spray a little wd40 or silicone spray on the bottom,

put some tokens in and do a full restart

if this fixes it you may want to clean your tokens to prevent it from happening again.

I recently had to go to someone house that was having an error on a Neo Planet. The error would not stop, even after a reset and coins would just be rejected. I gave them a few fixes such as emptying the hopper and spinning it like a rotary phone to see if any tokens were stuck and nothing worked.

When I got there I reset the machine, checked the hopper connections, the inside of the hopper, etc. Finally I look inside the door at the coin mech and there are two tokens jammed in it toward the top. They were side by side, just barely overlapping. They would allow the inserted coin to drop through to the coin tray, but were tough to see. Pushed those out with my finger, reset and bingo, it works.

It's usually something pretty simple like that.
