Yamasa ZakZak main/diagnostic board LED manual

So, I recently acquired this machine and have so far been unable to find any sort of key to what exactly each LED corresponds to on the main board of the machine.

Through trial and error I have figured out most of them but a few allude me. Does anyone know where I can find a key? Or at least tell me what LED20 corresponds to (the lit LED in the top/middle of the picture)

no idea. Sorry. Have you checked all the inputs, reel home position reset switches, the 2 switches for end of bonus modes. Token overflow full. Token out sensor. Bet One and Bet 2 buttons.

trying to remember all the inputs that might have led indicators. I would have thought that the indicators whould be the ones on the left.

The reason I am trying to figure out LED20 specifically is because I am diagnosing a possible dead token out sensor.

I am having jam issues that aren't related to the hopper or stuff being dirty. I really think the sensor is dead and wondering if that is what LED20 refers to--a dead/malfunctioning token out sensor

My version of Sherlock Holmes is. If you know what and where every led indicator is. What's left would be the issue.

Also if a token sensor was faulty I would have expected an error code to be shown.

Well, I do have an error that is occuring. During payout the machine can only spit exactly 3-4 coins before 'jamming.' and while everything appears to be clean it keeps happening...so I was trying to mark the sensor off as an option

I'm brand new to this scene so I'm trying to do some troubleshooting the best I can lol

Sounds more like the hopper exit sensor is faulty. What error code does it give.

Just the normal e-1 jam error.

How can I verify whether the sensor is working?

Most hoppers I've seen work on a lever that blocks a photo coupler. As the token leaves the hopper it presses against the lever that either makes or breaks the beam. Take out the hopper. Locate the sensor. Check the operation of the lever. Reconnect hopper whilst out of the cabinet (if possible) then activate the lever manually to make or break the beam and see if you get an led indicator or error message.

The switch in the hopper works and activates a led on the panel. So I guess I didn't clean the machine as well as I thought.

Gonna give it another deep clean and see if that helps
