Default Need help with wiring. Victory okumurayuki monaku

Ive managed to test and see that all lights work. Someone upgraded the red ball out light to led at some point. I can take the board out if it makes it easier to figure out. I found this in a free pile last week while out scrapping had no clue what it was and now im hooked.

That's a really nice machine for a junk pile find. I have 3 of these machines so I am going to go into the stash and get some pics for you.

Here is the wiring diagram on the best of them.

One of the wires was ripped out of the battery harness. Replacing that fixed it.

Here is the best one...my first eBay purchase 3 years ago bigfish2.jpg bigfish2back.jpg

It appears that the front trays on these machines are delicate as both my other machines have broken ones greenbackOki2.jpg missing the ashtray also greenbackOkiclose.jpg greenbackOkirear.jpg

This one is a recent pickup cheapOki.jpg and missing ashtray as well cheapOkiclose.jpg while the front looks very similar to the others, the back is totally different cheapOkirear.jpg

Looks through this thread and see if you would be interested in having me repair your trays rather than searching for what are rare parts, or buying a second machine to steal parts from.

I see you do good work on the trays. I put some pics below. Whats the best way to ship them? I also have a few cracks in the plastic behind the rear tray you can see below and im missing one of the swinging things(not sure what the technical name is for it. I think superglue is probably the best option for the cracks?

Make sure you use a box big enough to allow for a couple layers of bubble wrap around them, as the delivery process can be rough.

Yes, I use a thicker superglue from a hobby shop as an adhesive/gap filler since the original parts and my repair plastic are two different types of plastic. I use Styrene for repairs which is the same plastic a model car would be made of.
Styrene is softer and more workable than ABS which makes it good for repairing the corners. ABS is a stronger more rigid plastic that is a great choice for the machine builder, but it is also more brittle, especially with age and UV expose.

The rear tray is close to being done. I'm not painting the whole thing, just the corner. The color was close but still slightly off, so I aged it some which helped. Might add a little more color to darken it slightly.

The front tray is close on the outside, but a couple pin holes to fill on the inside. Here it is after a primer coat this afternoon.

I filled the final imperfections on the orange tray, then got it sanded and primed yesterday.

orangetrayprimedoutside.jpg orangetrayprimedinside.jpg hoping to get orange paint on it today.

Got it painted yesterday. It's out in the sun curing at the moment, and probably tomorrow too.
Goal is to get a clear coat on before I travel out of state for a few days. Then it can sit and cure again while I am gone.

    Status update:

when I got ready to spray the clear coat on the orange tray outside, the bright lighting situation revealed a flaw that required attention. So I ended up doing another round of filling and wet sanding until I finally got a good surface, and I repainted it. So I'm waiting for the paint to cure before spraying the clear in the next couple days if time allows. The rear tray is ready to go.

I assume the trays arrived in good shape and were acceptable?
