In your picture of the back, on the right side, the right track of the payout mech feed looks blocked (empty). Left side has balls, right side no.
Should also make that '7' error go away.

good call , it was being blocked by a metal ring. now tho when I put balls into the hopper on the back the payout mech just spits most of them out the front right away. error 7 is still there , what's the error code mean? thank you !

Its normal. Its just catching up on old payouts. Keep feeding till its done. Might be 20 balls or 2000 waiting to pay out.

thank you all!! .. it was over 2000 , took so long dumping bucket after bucket in, i didn't think it was gonna end. works good now payout wise. any recommendations for tweaking the shooter ? . 2 balls fall in quite a bit and don't shoot very well. is the shooter supposed to have a rubber tip after the spring , this one is hard.

thanks again everyone. this site is awesome!

No rubber tip, just a metal spring

I have a similar machine that is constantly shooting a second ball. Almost impossible to shoot just one ball at a time. Unfortunately I haven't been able to figure why why it does it.

There is normally some sort of gate in the ball feed to prevent that. However. It doesn't stop it if a ball was fired weak and fell back to the shooter. One first play. I normally crank the shooter to max. To ensure it clears out any multiple balls waiting to fire.

On my Gladiator, which was my first early modern machine, I would twist the knob as briefly as possible to try to shoot one ball, but always got 2.

    Now I have 5 so.....

I just tried all the electric shooter types...it turns out that on the Sankyo 7 Flash, shooting one ball works fine. But the Kyoraku volcano framed machine which has a noticeably higher firing rate has the same "issue" as the Kyoraku Gladiator....A second ball is fired......but I see now that it's because I'm not able to release the handle quick enough to prevent a second shot.

I guess you don't shoot single shots on these kind of machines very often anyway. So it's not really an "issue" just normal for a fast firing machine

I think they are saying the shooter fires 2 balls at once, rather than firing 2 balls one after another.
