What is this Center Feature
Umm, can someone tell me what's going on in the center feature??To me it looks like a sumo wrestler with a seal head, but I'm hoping it's some tradition Japanese character!!

looks like a stylized version of a chondara. or a clown at any rate.
the red nose is held on with strings wrapped around the head
edit: but what i really need is one of those japan crane win pocket covers...oh baby
