    Default audio error message

    please help - the machine plays except this message has started up.
    checked all ball paths etc and did a reset.

    it means your bottom tray is full. please empty it (Wild stab in the dark as I'm sure mine says the same thing when full)

    Full tray or stuck sensor/short.

    Empty bottom tray and use the balls to fill the back top ball hopper . fix done.
    When things don't go right the 1st time , Step back ,Take a break and come back renewed. RGS
