Carma Labs Huge Theater Pipe organ Fully Functional in Their Warehouse
Yes Carma Labs ,makers of Carmex lip bam based in Franklin, Wisconsin (Suburb of Milwaukee) has one of the Largest Fully Functional Theater Pipe Organs installed in their warehouse!
Here is a concert Three Years ago in that Warehouse with Mark Herman on the Wurlitzer theater pipe organ.

They do have concerts that are open to the public I don't know how many times a year that they do
