Bought my first modern pachinko have questions

Like the title says I just bought my first modern machine and got no instructions with it. All I was told was to flip the power switch and push the yellow button on the back to start (if not the machine screams at me full volume) If you do that it chimes at me and you can spin the ring around the "chance" button and the lights spin with it. If you push the chance button repeatedly eventually you can play but with no background music until you hit a bonous, then the background music plays normally. Is there something I'm missing?

I don't know about that start up procedure or having to do stuff with the chance button since I've never played this one, but no sounds or music until you get a ball in the start pocket and no music until a bonus seems normal to me..

As above. Star Wars advent vader. will only play sounds when a start pocket has been hit/ fever rounds/ reachs etc?
