Omron key question

Im trying to track down either a key or a replacement lock for my newly acquired popeye pachinko.

Thing is im not 100% sure what kind of lock it has, im pretty sure it's an omron. Thing is i found a replacement lock with a key & im wondering will this lock fit a popeye as i dont have acess to my machine yet to check for myself. It looks like an omron from the auction pic.

If you want a factory Omron Key
Only two screws hold the lock in, if it is like the above I can sell you a Omron key to make sure it is keyed to that lock, you should send the lock here.

Wow arbycoffee that omron conversion guide is great, im definately bookmarking that as plan B if this falls through.

Thanks for the kind offer arbycoffee, however im not to keen in sending my lock overseas incase it went missng in the post.

The pic i posted above is of the lock that is on yahoo auctions japan, it comes with an original working omron key so i thought if popeye uses the same lock i can just unscrew & place this new one in. Does popeye use an omron lock??

If so i can ask my friend in japan to get it for me.

My friends name is Mark, he normally lets me bid on yahoo if i ask him nicely. Normally i only buy videogame stuff but now that the pachinko bug has gotten me im finding it mighty useful for tracking things down like that lock.

(sigh) If only i could find a pumpking on yahoo

Hehe i can fully search yahoo auctions myself, I can just about find my way round everything in japanese. I checked all 23 pages in the pachinko section last night.

Sadly No pumpking, lots of others though but pumpking is calling me more. Theres something about that pachinko.
