Yeah ,I was thinking of getting some new machine but I just talked to my younger brother and asked what steam train would he like to see and ride on and he said the Streamliner Number 611 The Spirit of Roanoke so I did some calculations and for me to get him from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Roanoke,Virginia and me from Monterey,California to there Round trip for both of us and hotel room, car rental or Cab ride and train tickets before the last run November 5, 2023 I roughly figure my cost for both of us round trip is around $2,000 USD .

Hey we are both in our 60's and doing something together is something I want to do sooner than later .

My dad use to have a big train set when I was young but I was more interested in putting vehicles and figures on the track , good old days
