Another broken or missing piece

I'm wondering if there's a broken or missing piece here that lifts the white tray (partly visible on far right of photo)?

I believe the arm is broken, missing the piece in my picture below.

CharlesSchultz, I was just looking a bit more closely at your part compared to mine, I just noticed the bracket for the arm on yours has a slight dog leg or offset just above the pivot to where it screws to the board. You may need to drill out the rivet and transfer your new arm to your old bracket if that's the case.
