You can a couple of examples of the lazy Susan approach to these vintage machine. Note the lock-pin at the front.
Also what appear to me modified stools that rotate these two machines shown.

Probably should be noted that these are from Kazuo Sugiyama's pachinko museum. In the first pic, on the left is the oldest pachinko machine known to exist. made by O-N Shokai. On the right is an assembled replica.

    "Lazy Susan"

My wife (Susan) hates that name

I call them turn-tables and I only use them when working on a project. If your machine is operating smoothly you shouldn't need to access the back much.

yes, I was just identifying the machines in advance of questions down the line.
BTW I got an email from Sugiyama-san today and he told me of your visit! I've never been able to go to Japan, so I hope you had a blast.
PM me if you're up for checking out my collection here.

I use a large one to rotate not one but two machines and a lot more weight. I built this stand for holding two machines back to back, a sound system (lol), and a large Champagne ice bucket for ball storage.

I found them on Amazon, and they come in a wide range of sizes. This one is 20" and has a 300lb weight rating. It turned quite easily at first, it takes a little more effort now that the ice bucket is full of balls.
But with the large diameter it was quite stable even before all the balls made it heavier and more stable.

I looked up my old order. The description calls it a turntable bearing
