    Default Another Hello from Utah.

New to the forum and new to pachinko. Glad to see an active community for these interesting machines.

Currently in possession of what I believe to be a 1976-77 (based on stickers) Nishijin Kan-Less with a playfield I couldn't find a duplicate of in the many posts/sites with different versions. Would love to find out the "name" that this field is, if anyone knows, if there is one.

I got it from a relative who is moving and he said it hadn't worked for 15+ years. He knows I do some electronics/mechanical tinkering and asked me to take a look and see if I could get it working as a side project (too many of those) So I'm digging in and found this group here.

Not sure if I should just keep going in this thread or open a new one under Vintage Pachinko, but looking forward to some feedback.

I'm missing a few of the plastic covers, and the Transformer is shot. Anyone know what amp rating is good for a Kan-less with electronic ball recycler and 2 solenoids. Sorry if any of the Pachinko specific terms were botched in the making of this post.

    WELCOME!!!

    Cool looking machine!!

Sadly we don't know the names of most vintages or they didn't have names.. But as more pachi makers make better archives of their older machines online, I see some vintages getting listed with names.. so maybe one day we'll know more!!

It looks like it might be based on the monkey and the crab.. a popular theme on several vintage and a few modern pachis!!

I would definitely recommend making a post in the vintage forum where more people will see it!!

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08YNRCL2L...t_details&th=1 My 2 cents before you split. I've been using these for anything 24v and have had great luck. Nice thing about these is you can dial it down to 12v etc and it has all kinds of safety stuff built in it as well,(Sorry about the electrical terminology, not my bag) and it's on sale!

    Thanks guys.

I'll post over in the other vintage forum.

That does look like a nice power supply for AC to DC. Though I believe I need 24v AC for the board on my machine. Though i could be wrong.
